Taking Homeopathic Remedies? Do’s & Don’ts

Keep this in mind when taking a homeopathic remedy:
⦁ Keep the medicine in a cool, dark, dry place.
⦁ Avoid touching the medicine with your hands.
⦁ Do not drink or eat anything half an hour before and after taking the medicine.
⦁ Drinking water 5 minutes after or before is fine.
⦁ Avoid drinking strong tea or coffee which may interfere with the homeopathic effect.
⦁ Avoid using powerful aromatic substances such as rosemary, peppermint, camphor, eucalyptus.
⦁ Strictly follow the regime of medicine.
